We bring everything except the food, drinks, stage and the power.
We have a professional PA and lights, and are fully self-sufficient. For festivals or concert halls with a backline and sound tech, here is our stage plot.
Stage
Our preferred stage size is 20 ft x 16 ft, but we can work with smaller. It must be on flat, level and solid ground. No grass, gravel, dirt, sand or soft ground. Staging must be stable and rated for band equipment and movement. Ground level is fine but a raised stage makes for a better show.
Power
For power we need a single dedicated 15-amp grounded 120V circuits, with the outlet no more than 25 ft from the stage. If dedicated circuits can not be provided then we require a minimum of two separate feeds, and they must not be shared with kitchen equipment, catering, HVAC or coffee service.
Outdoor events
Full overhead cover required, plus protection from direct sun and blowing rain. Electronic instruments cannot be exposed.
Access
Vehicle access within a reasonable distance of the stage for load-in. Advance notice of any stairs, narrow doorways or elevator-only access. Reserved parking for five vehicles.
Timing
Two hours for load-in and soundcheck before guests arrive. One hour for teardown.
