Brad is the backbone of Southpawz’s operations. As our sound person, he’s responsible for most of the band’s gear and runs point on booking. Brad’s musical journey is proof that it’s never too late to start. He picked up music in his 40s and, entirely self-taught, spent several years learning the ropes the best way there is, jamming with friends and playing local open mic nights. That hands-on approach shaped him into the versatile musician he is today.
Over the past 20 years, he’s played in several bands spanning styles from jazz to country. He plays both piano and vibraphone, adds backup vocals to the mix, and as a true fan of all kinds of music, he brings that versatility to everything SouthPawz does.
